Problems with moving from OS X to Windows

I also have to move from Mac to Windows (not willingly), but am a bit
confused by something. Do the directions below download all sites on the
server or do I have to download each site separately? Since there are over
200 sites on my server, I'm hoping for a way to do this in one step.

Thanks in advance.
