You should be able to just take the manilaSites root files to the new
machine, since the file formats are x-platform, then use the install site
menu for each site (or write a script to walk the tables and call the
command) you will need to add each root to the user.databases table (menu in
the server menu) also the frontier.root table is slightly different from one
platform to another so you might want to use the batch export function to
export any customazations that you have done to that root file.
