HELP: Frontier's crashed and can't get it running again

Hard to tell what it is.

I'd probably start by swapping out a backup copy of Frontier.root (rather 
than all the backups), or perhaps even a completely clean Frontier.root.

This is one reason why I keep most of my customizations in their own .root 
guest database.

If you have critical data in your corrupted database (whichever one it is), 
investigate table.jettison (if you can identify the table in question 
that's causing trouble).  Also, find odbextractor which can read even a 
corrupted root.

As to prevention. Regular Save a copy... is the most reliable method of 
prevention.  David Bayly has a suite (Bounce?) that does this for 
you.  Here's my script:
