Indexes are made to be modified. If that was the case, you'd never get an updated page indexed correctly. Removing them from google is another matter, however.

Look at mainResponder.search.utilities.deletePageFromLocalIndex(url)

It does exactly what it would appear to do. Your other option is to trick the indexer into indexing a blank page at the url of your admin page.
