Moving sites to new hardware

Note from (very) recent experience: it is, in fact, easy to do this even
for a relatively unskilled scripter like me. A lot easier than I
expected. I was worried about there being other dependencies, problems,
and inconsistencies that would crop up in the process, but none did, at
least so far.

Small request: It would be confidence-inspiring to see a script provided
with Frontier/Manila to do this -- it's not the scripting that's really
the problem, it's the feeling that "once I fix this, some other problem
I don't know about will appear".
