Proxy Server settings for Auto Update

The proxy settings are stored at:

user.webBrowser.proxy.

It's a table containing four items - proxy server address, port, username and password (often the last two are empty strings).

Hi,

for a while now, I get "server timed out" when I try to update the dbs. 
The problem might be that Frontier tries to use our proxy server but can 
not any more. Where do I change the proxy server settings used by the 
auto update feature? It does not respect the system settings.
