suppressing http-equiv="Expires"

Hi all,

Can someone please tell me if there's an easy way to suppress Manila from
generating the <META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="Mon, 01 Jan 1990 01:00:00
GMT"> tag?  We want to cache the pages in with Squid.
