Please add Opera to webBrowser.supportedBrowsers

In an exchange on the unofficial list I learned the following stuff. 
To make it all good, I added OPRA to webBrowser.supportedBrowsers. 
Since this is a system space, it will break next time I get a new 
Frontier--unless you add it to your version.

Look at system.agents.webBrowserAgent. It says that only browsers 
whose ID is in webBrowser.supportedBrowsers are monitored in this way.
