Announce: Frontier 8.0b46

Frontier 8.0b46, the latest Frontier beta, is available to current 
subscribers on the Support site.

This latest beta adds support for the Services menu on OS X, fixes 
the large fonts display glitch on Windows, and more. (Changes are on 
the page linked to above.)

Also see the consolidated kernel changes notes for 8.0, which is 
updated with each new beta release.

The next full release of Frontier will be 8.0, not 7.1 as previously planned.
