Announce: Frontier 8.0b46

Sorry to keep repeating this, but I don't see another way to get this on
the agenda.

Bugs still present (on OS X):

- long filename support (Frontier reports 'file not found' for files with
31+ char filenames)
- command line response deafness  (Frontier ignores any response from
command line utilities like curl, ncftpput, maybe others?); also, i'd
appreciate it if someone could confirm this.
