Here's what's new in Frontier update #0449:

system.verbs.builtins.xml.pubsub changed on 1/28/2002; 9:57:41 PM (#0449): A generic implemention of Web-based publish-and-subscribe that's used by Manila to implement RSS 0.92 update notification. The new feature is off by default, but can be turned on via the Control Panel. See:
