Here's what's new in Frontier update #0450:

system.verbs.builtins.xml.aggregator.storyArrivedCallback changed on 1/28/2002; 10:23:42 PM (#0450): Don't convert the channelTitle and storyText to Mac text (on MacOS), since this is already done in xml.rss.compileService.
