using javascripts

I know this is the frontier list, but I am hoping that you will be able to help me with this Radio question. I am trying to use the Radio StaticSites tool, which seems similar to frontier's website management,  for a website I am making. I want to use a javascript in the template that I downloaded from Java Source to put in a hierarchical menu. I have followed the instructions from the Userland site and looked through Matt's book, but nothing shows in the page except for the html link to the Java Source site and a the top of left corner of the page I get //-->.  I don't get any javascript error messages. I have tried viewing it in IE 5.1 and Mozilla 1.0. 

Any help would be appreciated.
