No I haven't but if you are working in os x I don't think that osax support
is built into the os x version of frontier.  If you want to do dialogs you
might want to look at mac bird (you can still build the dialogs in os 9 and
run them in os x and 9)    http://macbird.userland.com/  Though these days
you might want to consider using a browser interface for x-platform issues.
