Here's what's new in Frontier update #0484:

system.verbs.builtins.Frontier.tools.windowTypes.commands.openUrl changed on 3/23/2002; 2:37:52 PM (#0484): Implement size-based caching of RSS and OPML outlines. If the file's size is different from the size of the cached copy, we reload it. Size is determined by requesting only the HTTP headers from the server, if possible.
