Dreamweaver and Frontier

Hello:
I'd like to try using DreamWeaver 4 as an external editor. However, 
DreamWeaver is a classic application and I find the assignment doesn't 
seem to work. (DreamWeaver is not recognized as a valid db object).

Two questions:
Can this be made to work?

Is DreamWeaver a suitable editor to use with Frontier to create web 
sites or could the applications be considered overkill?
