ControlPanel: serverstats macro error

I'm seing this too on OS X 10.1.4.

If at mainResponder.controlPanel.["#tools"].serverStats, instead of

local (psout = sys.unixShellCommand ("ps -auxww | grep \"" + 
file.fileFromPath (frontier.getProgramPath ()) + "\"") )

you use

local (psout = sys.unixShellCommand ("ps -auxww | grep \"" + 
"UserLand Frontier" + "\"") )

everything work fine.
