Who do I send bug reports to?

There are several in frontier 9.x for windows.
    Doing any kind of find crashes the program. Particularly from Main/Misc/Search Database, as well as the normal find function. The same behavior occurs when doing a large search and replace.
    Annoying scroll bar habits. When doing the scroll bars to move around they do not have that normal fluid motion a "Windows" application has.
   When copying text from a window it does not scroll along with the cursor when highlighting large amounts of text.

These are the ones I've spotted thus far.
