I think I found a bug too:

"To move a link up, click on the upper arrow to the left of the item; to move it down lick on the down arrow."

When I lick on the down arrow, nothing happens (except my screen gets wet). It's not very user friendly either. Wouldn't "click" on the down arrow make more sense from a UI perspective? :-)

..just having a little fun with your typo :-)
