Please note that this feature needs a switch to turn off the "edit" button for navigation links. The presence of this button breaks carefully tuned navigation layouts, can wreck table layouts in headers, etc.

You could either: (1) Add a pref to control whether the edit button is added after the navigation (if NO, then revert to previous behaviour) or (2) Make the {navigatorLinks} macro have a boolean param to turn the feature on (off by default for backward compatibility).
