Apologies in advance: I'm very, very tired and have been staring at
this particular tree and so I'm probably missing the whole forest.

I have two places where I need the relative locations to be
generated, and they're not, probably because I've forgotten how to
ask Frontier. Please help.

In my guestDB.#prefs.pageheader I have the line

<link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="/all/favicon.ico">

and the href isn't generated properly for documents not at the top
level. I can hack linkStyleSheet() so that it does what I want, but
is there a general mechanism that I might use? I've been looking
through the verbs but haven't found what I wanted.

Similarly, in my #template I have the fragment

<td background="/all/vertical.png">...

which doesn't generate the expected ../../../../all/vertical.png.

It seems to me that I'm looking at two sides of the same problem. I
can't figure out (1) why this hasn't bitten me before and (2) what
verb(s) to use to get the right thing to happen.

Zzzzzzz.

M
