who did the edit?

We had an editing problem last night. It looks like someone went back
and inserted a "non-professional word" into a headline. I'm wondering
if there is a log somewhere buried in frontier that I can look at what
would show me the IP address of who make the edit. I know the newsItem
number ($1841) and the time of the original post. (2:07:59 AM.)
I fixed the nasty headline before I thought about adding the macro to
find the time of last update. Doh! I did check the history of the "web
editors" computer and it does not show a later visit to the NewsItem
$1841, just one visit.
fyi thinking out loud- A really curious pattern of events...
The headline must have been entered correctly at the newshound server
and rendered (Render This Page) to dailyegyptian.com
This morning, the headline on newshound was different.
What's weird is that due to a bug, only managing editors can edit news
items and I'm the only one.
All other editors are content editors.
I work on a TiBook which went home, nobody used it to edit the headline
on newshound.
I didn't use another computer to edit earlier in the day or week and
leave it logged in.
If someone has managed to guess my ME login & password, they only
messed with a headline nearly below the scroll. Not very hacker like
when they had full access to templates.
so who made the last change? (wasn't me)
If you have info, please copy me directly kthomas at siu.edu I'm a digest
reader and we kind of want to find out who is defacing our web site if
it was done on purpose.
