I have a Frontier script I wrote for a client that converts Word RTF 
to HTML. Has only been used on their documents, but handles most 
basic formatting well. I make no claims about optimization or complex 
documents, but I'd be willing to contribute it to the community as 
long as any improvements are donated back. No warranties implied or 
given. 

Any interest?
