Basic troubleshooting document?

I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with a copy of Frontier 9.0 dying
repeatedly. I can bring it back up right away, but I can't find anything in
the logs to suggest what's wrong. All I get is DrWatson logs saying that
there was an 'Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)'
Could someone please point me to a basic Frontier troubleshooting page so
that I may be a useful member here and find out as much as I can before I
attempt to bother the fine Userland folks about this?
I have tried reinstalling my Frontier and restoring my .root files from
backups, but it still dies many times a day.
