manila: turn off story admin box?

This just started happening in Manila 9 (Mac OS X):

a box called "Admin" with some options about the current story (remove, 
make home page, etc.) now appears at the end of all pages/stories.

I have no idea why this is there or how it got turned on. I also can't 
find any preference to turn it off. It's cluttering the page 
needlessly, and I'd _really_ like to nix it.

Any ideas what to do?
