manila: turn off story admin box?

It should have been there all along, I think.
It's hard-coded in manilaSuite.discuss.msgReader.
It's only shown for the M.E. Nobody else sees it.
I don't think there's any way to turn it off, other
than to log out, or to log in as a user other than
the M.E.
