Here's what's new in Frontier update #0616:

system.verbs.builtins.sys.appIsRunning changed on 1/10/2003; 5:46:33 PM (#0616): Convert to id a string before calling the kernel. Works around a bug in some MacOS X installations where sys.appIsRunning would return true even if the app was not running.
