Scripts for use in a Manila site move

Hi folks,

I posted recently about moving some manila weblogs from weblogger.com to
a local server.  Two issues I had were the images & the gems.  None of
the solutions I tried seemed to work perfectly for me so I ended up
writing a couple of scripts (based upon Brent's original
copyPicturesToStaticSite() script).

migratePictures is, more or less, my fixed up version of copyPictures().
migrateGems() is a variant that will suck down the gems and rewrite the
gems table & it's shortcuts.  Suggested improvements/fixes are welcome.

I've published them on my Wiki

might be of use to anyone else.
