With Frontier 9.1b4 on Mac OS X 10.2.6 after I render a page once, images
are subsequently not included on a re-rendering with a message:

[Macro error: The file ³imageName.jpg² is busy. ]

I am viewing the page in Safari.

How to I avoid this situation.
