recommended available RAM for frontier?

Still trying to get to the bottom of this ultra-slow Frontier server. I'm
reading out an available RAM on the machine of 86.9MB, smallest 59MB and
largest 101MB. They freed up some space on the machine, and now it's running
with 700MB of free space on the HD.

Are these available ram number too low for decent server response time?

This is not my machine... instead another company with zero Frontier
experience is doing this on a co-located server somewhere in the United
States. I have yet to be able to persuade my client to purchase their own
server and run it themselves... we'd be getter better performance on a DSL
line at this point. Since the project is no more than a pilot, anyone who is
doing similar hosting services (I can run my own Frontier server on your
box) should contact me as well.
