Getting Frontier to ignore a domain

I've been successful in the past getting Frontier to host multiple domains, but now I'm trying to do the opposite. I have both IIS and Frontier installed on a Windows 2000 server. I want Frontier to respond to one domain name, and IIS to respond to the other. Currently Frontier responds to both addresses. I know I can do this by changing ports, but I don't want to have to have port #'s in my URLs. 

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
