I'm suffering from this too. Both {commentLink} and {trackbackLink} generate links that point to the static site.

Example: My dynamic Manila site is at http://discuss.jarretthousenorth.com, and the static site is at http://www.jarretthousenorth.com/.

Comment links for news items on the dynamic site correctly point to the dynamic site:
http://discuss.jarretthousenorth.com/comments?u=jarretthousenorth&p=4419&link=http%3A%2F%2Fdiscuss.jarretthousenorth.com%2F2004%2F12%2F02%23a4419

But on the static site, the URL points to the static site, which fails:
http://www.jarretthousenorth.com/comments?u=jarretthousenorth&p=4419&link=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.jarretthousenorth.com%2F2004%2F12%2F02%23a4419

At first this was annoying, and now it's driving me nuts. Can this be fixed?
