This callback will be helpful, but unless I am misunderstanding something, it will cause some grief for legitimate users. Comment forms will still appear on entries, so if you automatically reject everything older than X days, you will be wasting the time they spent composing a response to something they read on your weblog.

Is there a callback that affects the presentation of the reply form?
