If you exit Frontier on the old machine, make a copy of the Manila database you want to move over.

Copy it to the new machine and save it to the /Guest Databases/www/ folder on the new machine. If it's the same name, rename the new one to something else.

Then you basically just go through and reinstall the sites from the old server.

How many sites do you need to reinstall from the old site?
