You'll have to bring over any existing content into Manila. Manila includes an object database/scripts to handle reading of XML feeds etc that you could probably develop some of that functionality directly in Manila. There's a 3rd party Manila ODBC connector available to connect as well.

Manila currently doesn't support ASP, but has it's own scripting language called UserTalk and you can insert custom macros etc. as well.
