Manila Best Practices?

I would certainly be interested in such a list. Most of my clients are
using Manila for educational purposes. I am finding the most interesting
challenges to be related to serving multiple domains through one server.
For example, the default subscription page for one client (domain) may
not be interested in seeing subscription feeds from other clients. There
are similar problems for site lists or recently updated lists.
