New Message: Deleted User and now can't access Surveys?

Last night I deleted a member from my Manila site. I note today that when I try and access the survey section fo the site, I get the following error.

Sorry! There was an error: Can’t find a sub-table named “crllen at bigpond.com”.

The error was detected by Frontier 9.1b3 in mainResponder.respond. Webmaster: webmaster at centralrangesllen.org.au. Time: Thu, 24 Jun 2004 10:19:58 GMT.

The crllen at bigpond.com was the user I deleted from the site, but was NOT the user that created the survey?

My site is 20 days from launch and is in 'soft' public testing.
