FrontierMonitor Use

Hello Jason,

I have been using a slightly modified version of 
the keepFrontierRunning AppleScript supplied with 
Frontier, Kick-Off, and Whistle Blower to keep 
one of my systems running.  The combination has 
been working well for me.
