New Message: Using AddedValues forms

We're using AddedValues for a simple booking enquiry form, http://www.aorereviews.co.nz/bookings.

It's slow (and sometimes times out), and I also wonder if we should have just made a normal FormMail form.

What are your opinions on using AddedValues for such a simple form - is it more suited to larger more complex projects.

And I understand the speed issue may be fixed with the latest Maila upgarde?
