There is an entry for booknotes in config.manila.sites that points to a weblog in the hostedManilaWebsites12 guest database.

This brings up a problem: the entry for booknotes.buzzword.com in config.mainresponder.domains points to another booknotes weblog in the hostedManilaWebsites6 guest database.

I changed config.manila.sites so that it refers to the version of booknotes in hostedManilaWebsites6. Try that out and see whether it resolves any of these problems.
