You can manually reset them in the config.manila.stats.sites table. Since most of the tables are reset overnight, you'll only really need to reset the value in the allTime table.

Choose Main->Jump and enter the address to navigate to that folder.

Referers is automatically compiled and displayed on the stats page. It should include all referer traffic regardless of the location of the request.
