HI Daniel,

I am not sure if this is what you need but:

As long as you are logged in to your site as a managing editor, you should be able to follow your "Bulletins" menu and click on the "subscriber Lists"

yoursite.xyz.com/bulletins/list

This will show you a list of those subscribed to both the plain and html formats.
