Eric -- I do not have direct access to the Frontier interface for our Manila server. But I do have access to the web pages: Control Panel and the :5336 page. From both pages I can create sites but from the :5336 I can Disable a site and from that page I can delete the site as well.

This may not be the "ideal" way to remove a site, and only once did I have problems recreating a site of the same name. Our Frontier guru was able to delete it from the the appropriate table. Then I created the site again.

This information will not help you now, only in the future.
