What is it?
CommentIt is a Manila Plug-in by Jim Byrne and David Bayly.

CommentIt lets visitors to your site append comments to the bottom of your
web pages. Great for sites where :

* a full-blown discussion Forum/membership system just seems like overkill

* you like to keep your low-bandwidth visitors happy

* you would like to keep comments on the pages they refer to.

It also does lots!
