I finally got the Gems feature running on our server, but there's a bit
of an issue with viewing files that had been uploaded. Say an editor
uploads a Microsoft Word file. When a visitor to the website clicks on
the link for that file, you would expect that it would download and open
with Word. Instead it opens it within the browser window as text (ugly, ugly).

The files have the correct .doc suffix. If I simply load a Word file up
to an FTP server and visit it within the browser, it downloads and opens
in Word, so my browser is correctly set up.

Any advice?

Running the current versions of Frontier and Manila on a Mac G4.
