Mac Picture Upload Question

Have a single Mac user that is having troubles creating pics on our Frontier
server. He is able to create new stories, on a number of sites, but when he
tries to create a new picture he gets a Server 500 Error The File "^0"
wasn't found. Using his account info I can create pics from other Macs
running the same OS and browser and have no problems doing the same from
Windows machines. Any ideas?
