mailStory() macro

I had this problem, and found I needed to put quotes around the text
that would be turned into a link.

So {mailStory("This is the link text")} works on my servers.

I run my own Frontier server and can't get it to work either. It always
displays as the "safe" version too. I did make it legal so I'm not sure
what's up.
