How to make the weblog more accessible for people using vocalization software.

I've the will to make the weblog more accessible. For some people
learning how to do that isn't as much a learning curve as for other
people for whom it's a high learning curve like people with
dyslexia. What's needed is a formulaic approach or some way to submit
the link and get not just analysis but a completely clear explanation
of a couple things to do that would improve the weblog for access that
you don't have to know anything and you don't have to necessarily be
great about following step by step instructions. Then there's the
template that is developed by the provider. How do you persuade the
weblog template provider to make things even a bit more accessible
when that might not be from their point of view their priority?...
