Calling "Most-Read Messages"

Is there any way I can grab a list of the top 10 "Most-Read Messages"
dynamically and post that list to my home page?

I know the fabulous metaData plugin allows me to easily list the last 10
pages that were edited (like I'm currently doing on
http://www.granneman.com/). Any way to do something similar, in other
words, with the list of Most-Read Messages that I can get by going to
the /stats/ section?
