Formatting (RE: News Item problem)

On the digest version of this list, I get a bunch of 
Microsoft HTML/XML code when people send messages in
HTML. My yahoo account normally displays HTML. An
example was the posting yesterday of "News Item
Problem". Is there anyway we could stop this?
